OEG according with the international approach to meet the needs for integrity and transparency of the interested parties and stakeholder has adopted the Organizational, Management and Control Model defined by Legislative Decree 231 of 2001.

The above mentioned Model is an important tool for the prevention of offences and a formal system of rules and principles of conduct the business activity.
